So, has anybody noticed anything interesting in their awareness journaling?
It sometimes is a little awkward to start. But, experience has consistently shown that it is a very powerful exercise for revealing what gets through your customs border patrol and sneaks into your life. When you are momentarily off-duty, "frames" of awareness sneak into your life that strengthen patterns of behavior that do not serve your health and wellbeing. When your fears and doubts are doing the scanning, all you find is evidence that strengthens their existence. Your fears and doubts need evidence to survive and that is all they are looking for.
By tracking what evidence you are letting into your life experience, and what rule or belief it is serving, you can begin to determine which frames are serving your health and wellbeing and which are serving the interests of your fears and doubts.
