Week Five Exercises

This is where the rubber hits the road!

How is your rebooting procedure working?  Are you able to use the three finder solute to reset your emotional outlook?  Are you able to "shut down"?  Are you able to reboot?

How about your contributions?  Having fun adding contribution to your journaling procedures?

Get these things into your life and use it to gain control!

Have a ball and share your experience with your classmates!!

  1. Contribution journaling has been fun. I accomplish way more in a day than I give myself credit for. Even if it is just little things, I am making some kind of a difference with my life.

  2. Rebooting? What's that? I'm not finding the time! But my contribution journal is endless!! Help! I'm flunking Mental Pilates! Crazy time of the year, i guess. I will make every attempt to apply what I've learned and maybe I can settle my "core". I'm feeling overwhelmed these days with just too much going on.....even getting my homework done is tricky.
    Sorry to unload so early in the morning, classmates....maybe today will be less stressful...looking forward to class.
