Welcome to the Mental Pilates community! My first suggestion is to relax and have fun. This blog is limited to the webinar participants and the objective is to provide one another with a shared learning experience wherein everyone is both a teacher and a student.
Please begin this experience by commenting to this post and introducing yourself.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteok, so is MP so stimulating that one could possibly have difficulty sleeping after the first class? Any similar feedback, classmates? My mind was really going......!
ReplyDeleteOk, then. It looks like Andy's instructions were sufficiently clear to enable a blogger-dummy to arrive here - and "TYPE AWAY". Is that something like dying with your cold dead fingers still on the keyboard?
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Class#1!
Congratulations!! If Stan made it here, I know everyone can do it! Thanks for joining I look forward to learning from our interactions.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to attempt homework....but don't think I should be doing it at night! Too much info, thinking, intensity.....can't have another night with MP on the brain! My purpose tonight is to sleep! You gave us lots to think about!! Classmates.....where are you??!!
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteI was delinquent and missed the first class, but I am very excited to be part of the Mental Pilates experience.
It is so exciting to be a part of this class, and reading the comments and how excited everyone is, is inspiring me, more later as I delve further in to the exercises.
ReplyDeleteTime for homework......Back to the exercises......my core has been delinquent.....MP makes me really start to think about my life, etc.....It's just better for me to do it during the day! MP made the dinner conversation this evening!
ReplyDeleteI have been bad about blogging! That doesn't mean I haven't been thinking about everything.
